PURPOSE

Having the right claim help from the start of the claim can make a world of difference.

AFRM Claims Advocacy's (ACA's) purpose is to make it easier for clients / families to claim on their personal insurance including the life insurance of a loved one. By doing so, we reduce the financial stress at a very difficult time. Having helped hundreds of clients (with income protection, trauma, Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) and terminal illness / life insurance claims) we have a lot of experience in navigating super fund trustees and insurers, and advocate for you, so that your best interests are looked after.

ACA are the only claim advocacy experts in Australia that have been accepted as members of the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA), Funerals Australia (formerly AFDA), and The Australasian Cemeteries and Crematoria Association (ACCA).

Our membership enables us to help families who have lost a loved one, by making it easier and quicker for them to receive the life insurance and super death benefit. We focus on the detail, so that your family can focus on the funeral preparations.

AFRM Claims Advocacy is an alignment of service with AFRM who has over 20 years of specialist risk management advice experience.  Our combined expertise in insurance and complex claims management has seen us manage over $400m in claims paid to clients / families.
